This place was absolutely mind-blowing! It had everything we needed and more, from free wi-fi and parking to an electric kettle and beach access. The host's attention to detail was superb, with a welcome pack and even provisions for pets. The clean and tidy property provided a cozy and comfortable home away from home. The location was super convenient, with shops and a train station just a short walk away. We were blown away by the host's local knowledge and the warm welcome we received. Can't wait to come back and explore the area more, maybe even try some fishing or cycling! No smoking on site which was a big plus.

I had a great stay at this home. It was warm and comfortable, perfect for the cold weather. The location was excellent, close to both the town center and Birkdale Village. The host, John, was cute and informative. The hotel had off-street parking and a lovely rear garden. The bedrooms were spacious and had comfortable beds. The bathroom had a large shower and bath with good water pressure. The kitchen was well-equipped and the lounge/diner was spacious. I appreciated the high chair and stair gate provided for my young child. The welcome pack of bread, milk, butter, and juice was a nice touch. The hotel was very clean and tidy. The host's local knowledge was helpful, both in person and with the information left in the hotel. The train station nearby made it easy to get to Liverpool.
Nothing for me.

As a young family, we were thrilled to find a high chair and stair gate provided. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are so comfortable, with super cozy bed linen and towels. The bathroom is excellent, with a large shower and bath that had amazing water pressure. The gas boiler made sure we always had hot water. The kitchen is well equipped and the lounge/diner is huge! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the train station and shops. We felt like we were at home and not just in holiday accommodation. Plus, the host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We can't wait to come back and explore the area, maybe even go cycling or fishing. And best of all, pets are allowed! There's also Wi-Fi and no smoking on site. This place ticks all the boxes, it's a total winner!

Lovely property in a quiet location, with a nice garden and off-street parking. the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with good quality bed linen and towels provided. the bathroom was excellent, with a large shower and bath and good water pressure. the kitchen was well-equipped and the lounge/diner was spacious. the location was great, with easy access to a train station and shops within a short walk.
Some of the kitchenware wasn't perfectly clean, but thankfully there was a dishwasher to resolve this issue. the bed was a bit uncomfortable and bouncy, which might bother those who are picky about their sleeping arrangements.

The spacious rooms and well-stocked kitchen made it a perfect choice for our large family. The kids especially loved the big TV with the firestick, keeping them entertained during our downtime. The location was excellent, just a short walk into town and close to Wayfarers Shopping Arcade, where we found plenty of great shops and cafes to explore.
My children wanted more outdoor activities for families with children.
